  1. Add cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and flour into the mixing bowl and combine well.
  2. Add mashed banana, coconut oil, and almond milk in a bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well.
  4. Then, fold in blueberries.
  5. Place the skillet over medium flame. Pour the batter into the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  6. Garnish with blueberries.
