Strawberry Lasagna is the ultimate no-bake dessert—cool, creamy, and bursting with berry goodness. It’s a showstopper layered with crushed Golden Oreos, a whipped cheesecake filling, strawberry pudding, and fluffy whipped topping, finished with fresh strawberries on top. Perfect for spring parties, potlucks, or whenever you need a sweet moment of joy in your day

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make the crust: Crush 1 package of Golden Oreos (about 36 cookies) and mix with ½ cup melted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch dish. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Cream cheese layer: Beat 8 oz cream cheese until smooth, then add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. Strawberry pudding: Mix 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) of instant strawberry pudding with 2½ cups cold milk. Let it thicken for a few minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top layer: Spread 2 more cups of whipped topping over the pudding.
  5. Chill & decorate: Chill for at least 4 hours. Before serving, top with sliced fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs if desired.
