  2. Coat the pans with non-stick cooking spray.

  5. Add baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder and combine on medium speed for 30seconds. Add cocoa powder and stir well.
  6. Add red food coloring and flour and combine until smooth.
  7. Divide the batter into the pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve!
