This Veggie Omelet is a healthy and satisfying breakfast packed with vibrant vegetables.   4. When eggs are almost set, add cooked vegetables to a half of the
  5. omelet and add cheddar cheese over it. Then, fold over. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Serve!
