These Baked Oats are like eating cake for breakfast—but with wholesome ingredients you can feel good about. No refined flour, just blended oats, banana, and a hint of maple sweetness.   1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease two small ramekins or one small baking dish.
  2. In a blender, combine:
  3. 1 ripe banana
  4. ½ cup rolled oats
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  7. ¼ cup milk (any kind)
  8. ½ tsp baking powder
  9. Pinch of salt
  10. Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
  11. Blend until smooth (like pancake batter).
  12. Pour into prepared ramekins. Top with chocolate chips, berries, or a spoon of nut butter if you’d like.
  13. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until puffed and set in the center.
  14. Serve warm with extra drizzle of maple or a dollop of yogurt!
