Tex-Mex Shredded Beef Sandwiches feature tender, flavorful beef slow-cooked with spices, served on soft rolls and topped with fresh toppings for a delicious, savory meal.

  1. Firstly, cut beef roast in half and put it into the slow cooker.
  2. Season with chili seasoning.
  3. Add BBQ sauce over it. Cover the slow cooker with a lid.
  4. Cook on low until tender, about 8 to 10 hours.
  5. Remove roast from the slow cooker.
  6. Let cool it.
  7. Cut meat with two forks. Return to the slow cooker.
  8. Add ½ cup of meat mixture onto onion rolls and top with cheddar cheese.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
