Add 1 cup of water into the pot and boil it. Add ½ cup of quinoa, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the flame. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes.
Add grated beet, garlic, and diced onion to the pan and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until softened.
Add oat into the food processor and process until smooth.
Add remaining burger ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.
Shape the mixture into eight patties.
Place the pan over medium flame. Add olive oil and heat it.
Fry the patties for 5 to 10 minutes per side.
When done, serve and enjoy!
