Chicken tenders are a quick and easy meal that both kids and adults love. This recipe uses boneless chicken breasts, seasoned flour, and buttermilk for a crispy and tender result.

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  2. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and buttermilk.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium heat.
  4. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg mixture, and then back into the flour mixture, making sure to coat each piece thoroughly.
  5. Fry the chicken strips in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
