  2. Sauté Vegetables: While Pasta Cooks, Heat Olive Oil In A Skillet Over
  3. Medium-High. Add Sliced Zucchini; Cook 3–4 Mins Until Browned. Stir In Minced Garlic; Cook 30 Secs. Add Halved Cherry Tomatoes, Oregano, Optional Basil, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt & Pepper. Cook 2–3 Mins Until Tomatoes Soften & Release Juices.
  4. Finish & Serve: Toss Hot Pasta With Sautéed Veggies Over Low Heat For 1 Min. Add Pasta Water As Needed To Form A Light Sauce. Adjust Seasoning. Divide Into 4 Bowls. Top Each With 1 Tbsp Parmesan, If Using.
