  2. Add onion and sauté it. Add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Then, add cinnamon powder, red chili flakes, curry powder, pepper, salt, and butternut squash and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Then, add maple syrup, coconut milk, and vegetable broth and mix well.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn off heat. Add the mixture into the blender and blend until creamy.
  7. Add soup back to the pot and cook until thickened.
  8. Serve!
