  1. Add oil into the pot and heat it. Add chicken garlic, carrot, onion, and green peppers and sauté until no longer pink.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, broth, corn, pinto beans, black beans, green chilies, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, salt, pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the chicken from pot. Then, shred it and add it to the pot. Mix well. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
