  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Finely chop the mushroom stems and add them to the mixing bowl.
  5. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs and melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the stuffed mushroom caps.
  9. Bake the stuffed mushrooms in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Serve the stuffed mushrooms hot.
