Shrimp Scampi is a classic Italian-American dish made with shrimp sautéed in a zesty garlic, butter, and white wine sauce, typically served over pasta for a rich, savory meal.

  1. Season shrimp with pepper and salt.
  2. Add 2 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp avocado oil to the skillet and heat it.
  3. Add red pepper flakes, garlic, and lemon zest and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and keep it aside.
  6. Add lemon juice and wine and simmer it. Add remaining oil and ghee and stir well. Add chopped parsley and stir well.
