Pigs in a Blanket are a classic appetizer that is easy to make and always a hit with kids and adults alike. This recipe features cocktail sausages wrapped in flaky pastry dough.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Cut each triangle into three smaller triangles.
  4. Place a cocktail sausage on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the sausage, tucking the ends underneath the sausage.
  6. Place the pigs in a blanket on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the pigs in a blanket with beaten egg.
  8. Bake the pigs in a blanket in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
