  2. Add ground beef and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, salt, cooked rice, and marinara sauce and mix well.
  4. Stuff bell pepper with beef filling.
  5. Add remaining marinara sauce into the casserole dish. Place the stuffed peppers over it. Cover with foil and cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  6. Remove the foil and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Serve!
