Mac and cheese bites are a fun and delicious snack that's perfect for parties or a quick snack. This recipe uses simple ingredients and can be made in just a few easy steps.

  1. Cook the macaroni and cheese according to the instructions on the box.
  2. Once the macaroni and cheese is cooked, let it cool slightly.
  3. Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the macaroni and cheese and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the mac and cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for 30 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned breadcrumbs with the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  6. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  7. Remove the mac and cheese balls from the freezer and dip them first into the beaten eggs and then into the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat.
  9. Fry the mac and cheese balls in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove the mac and cheese bites from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  11. Serve hot.
