  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease and flour the round pans.
  3. Add salt, baking powder, and flour into the bowl and combine well.
  4. Add vegetable oil, cherry extract, vanilla extract, milk, cherry juice, and egg whites to another bowl and combine well.
  5. Add butter to a bowl and combine at medium speed. Add sugar and beat it wellfor three minutes.
  6. Add flour mixture to the bowl and mix on low speed until smooth. Add wet ingredients and combine well. Fold in chopped cherries.
  7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. Serve!
