Stuffed Rigatoni is a comforting pasta dish filled with a creamy blend of ricotta and mozzarella cheese, baked in a flavorful tomato sauce until bubbling and golden. Each bite is cheesy, hearty, and satisfying—perfect for family dinners or special occasions. Serve with crusty garlic bread for a complete Italian feast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Pasta: Boil rigatoni until just under al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
  3. Prepare Filling: Mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to a piping bag (or zip-lock bag with the corner cut).
  4. Stuff Rigatoni: Carefully fill each rigatoni piece with the cheese mixture.
