  2. Bake Fish: Place Tilapia On A Parchment-lined Or Lightly Oiled Baking Sheet. Bake 10–12 Mins, Until Opaque And Flaky. Do Not Overbake.
  3. Sauté Kale: In A Skillet, Heat ½ Tbsp Olive Oil Over Medium. Add Remaining Garlic, Sauté 30 Secs. Add Kale And ¼ Cup Water Or Broth. Cover And Cook 3–5 Mins Until Wilted. Uncover & Cook Off Extra Liquid. Season With Salt And Pepper.
  4. Serve: Top Kale With Tilapia, Drizzle Pan Juices, And Serve With Lemon Wedges.
